Our Story

We’re Ivy and Winnie — a mother and daughter team who started Nurture and Thrive Care to create something that felt more personal, more genuine, and more like family.

With a Master’s degree in Social Work and years of experience in public mental health, Winnie has supported individuals and families through a wide range of complex challenges — including eating disorders, anxiety, and other psychosocial disabilities. Ivy, a dedicated support worker, has seen firsthand how care can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal — and how powerful it is when someone shows up with real patience, presence, and heart.

Together, we saw a gap. Too many people feeling unsupported, unheard, or like they were just a number.

At Nurture and Thrive Care, we take the time to get to know every participant and family we work with. We love matching people with the right support worker and the right service — tailoring everything to fit your lifestyle, goals, and personality. Because when support feels like the right fit, everything else flows from there.

We stay involved, we check in, and we’re never far away. Whether you’re a participant, a family member, or a support coordinator, we want things to feel easy, flexible, and real — not transactional.

We might be small, but that’s exactly what allows us to stay connected. We're proud to do things with heart, and to build the kind of relationships that truly last.
